1. About the Platform

DeFi All Odds is a career development platform operated by Crypto Tutors, Inc. d/b/a DeFi All Odds. The platform fast-tracks talent to blockchain career opportunities through a career assessment, e-learning, career map, and a Portfolio of Projects provided by hiring managers.

DeFi All Odds is not a job board. All services require individuals to sign up, opt-in, subscribe, or purchase. Deletion of an individual account can happen at any time by emailing info@defiallodds.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the DeFi All Odds platform. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 must have verifiable parental or legal guardian consent before creating an account.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the legal authority to agree to these terms.

3. Restriction on Use

You agree that you shall not copy, reverse engineer, benchmark, tamper, modify, or attempt to change the underlying software in any way, or contribute in any way to another third party's violation of these restrictions.

You further agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Upload or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect data from the platform without our prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform

4. User Accounts

All users can register by creating an account with an email address and name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify DeFi All Odds immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security at info@defiallodds.com.

DeFi All Odds reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.

5. Data Collection and Use

We will collect your demographic information (e.g., age, location, education level) to understand the diversity of our participant pool and to deliver personalized career services. These identifying details will not be used for any purposes beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your survey and assessment responses will be recorded and analyzed by the DeFi All Odds team only. We will not share your individual responses with anyone outside the team or use them for any purpose other than delivering and improving the platform services. Information we collect may be used in aggregate, anonymized research publications, but your identity will always be kept confidential.

6. Talent Opt-In and Employer Visibility

Once a user completes a project, they are prompted to opt in to becoming visible to hiring managers. By opting in, users are agreeing to share their full profiles with hiring managers for employment opportunities.

If the user selects "yes," once three projects are completed, they gain VIP Status and are recommended to hiring managers. If a user selects "no," then their information is not visible to hiring managers.

Users are asked: "Would you like to be fast-tracked directly to hiring managers looking for Web3 talent?" If yes, your personal information will be shared with hiring managers. You can opt out at any time through your account dashboard. Individuals can also opt out of being visible to specific companies.

7. Confidentiality

All participant data will be stored securely and access will be restricted to the DeFi All Odds team and authorized service providers only. We do not sell your personal information. For complete details on how we protect your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Voluntary Participation

Your participation in the DeFi All Odds platform and its assessment is completely voluntary. You have the right to decline to participate, withdraw from the platform at any time, or refuse to answer any specific question.

By participating in DeFi All Odds services, you indicate that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy and agree to voluntarily participate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the DeFi All Odds platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are the exclusive property of Crypto Tutors, Inc. d/b/a DeFi All Odds and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

10. Portfolio and User-Submitted Content

By submitting portfolio projects, videos, documents, or other content to the platform, you grant DeFi All Odds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and share that content with hiring managers in accordance with your opt-in preferences.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

You should not include any confidential, proprietary, or sensitive third-party information in your submissions. DeFi All Odds is not liable for the use of portfolio content by hiring managers once shared.

11. Disclaimers

The DeFi All Odds platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

DeFi All Odds does not guarantee employment, job placement, or specific career outcomes as a result of using the platform. Career recommendations and AI-generated suggestions are advisory only.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crypto Tutors, Inc. d/b/a DeFi All Odds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Crypto Tutors, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users via email or in-platform notice.

Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
